"Beautiful historic building with lovely gardens and spa pool. Friendly staff and decent restaurant. We booked a family suite which wasn’t really set up for 3 people other than a sofa bed in the lounge area. Only 2 bottles of water, 2 chairs on the patio and 2 comfortable chairs inside. Would have scored 5 stars across the board if they could better accommodate 3 people."

"Can't say enough good things about the property but specifically the owners. They were kind, attentive and friendly. Made us feel special. This was the perfect place for us to stay as it was exactly halfway between Santander and the house we're renovating in the area. Highly recommended and will use this hotel as overflow property when multiple family and friends come to visit but don't all fit in our house.😂"

It was advertised as being family friendly with lots of activities including swimming pool, football, games room and basketball. "We stopped overnight at this wonderful little Hotel before catching the Santander Ferry to Plymouth. The room was uprated free, was big, clean and very comfortable. The food was excellent and also the service. We will definitely use this accommodation again when travelling back to the UK. Would thoroughly recommend to everyone. "
