The room was absolutely filthy in every single way; it smelled strongly of urine, there were numerous pubic hairs in the tub, the walls and floor were splattered with food, the refrigerator was extremely unclean, the bathroom vanity/sink was also dirty and sink was molded. Above all of this, the door did not properly close/latch and the area seemed dangerous at best to begin with. This property was a complete nightmare, please don’t stay here!

This is usually our go-to stay when visiting and as always, the staff at the front desk are always so helpful and quick to get us our room as well as informing us of their services while staying there. But the biggest issue was the cleanliness of our room, the bedding was poorly made, the floors were not properly cleaned, the appliances were poorly maintained, and the toiletries appeared to be saved from the last set of visitors that were there prior to us. And most of all, we noticed a small roach infestation mainly where the sink and bathroom is located. I would say for sure that made us reconsider our stay the next time we are there. Not to mention an exposed dumpster that was left opened near our room and had trash laying around the parking lot area. I'm not saying this is a constant but definitely a different experience from the last set of visits we have had.

It was a very good price through Expedia - hotel staff was excellent and helped with the room BUT …. website to reserve should be more user friendly. I had the hardest time finding hotels within budget and clean - I ended up with 1 of those qualities. Hotel staff did say the room had the least complaints … here’s what I saw: - unclean restroom and hair all over tub - very strong smoking order lingering. It was really strong that my hair smelled Smokey so maje sure if booking online you select non smoking unless you are unbothered by smoke. Front door didn’t close all the way so it looked like anyone could walk in - fridge was semi cool and barely kept my drinks cold. Breakfast was not what the website showed - overall I give a 3 Property definitely needs upgrades, fix that door in 248 - compliments to the lady working on the night of Jan 19 - she’s very helpful and patience! Area needs better lightings outside and breakfast should next reviewed for upgrades.
