"Swarangi Mahadik is the Guest Relations Executive at the hotel and she checked us in at Reception. She was very attentive and caring and gave us a good overview of things to do in the area. Abinav was also awesome, The hotel lobby was beautifully decorated and the ambience was exhilarating. The dining area and staff were welcoming and breakfast was exceptional. We will definitely stay at Taj Lands in Bandra East."

"Staff were great, area around hotel was filthy, location was great to get everywhere, room was clean and service very good, need to get internet and tv service upgraded to work all the time. I would highly recommend the hotel for safety, great staff and location! Rooms are small but price is very good and we spend travelling not in our rooms! , lrt to south area of city easy to use, so I trust this hotel and staff and thst is key for me when travelling, women will also be safe here! "The Oriental Residency is a good hotel to consider when visiting Mumbai. The rooms are comfortable with aircon, wifi, and flat screen TV. The meals from The Soul Restaurant were delicious and the staff are courteous . Location was good for me as I was in Mumbai for dental surgery and it's 5 minutes walking distance to Dentzz Dental. "I have always enjoyed my stay at Theory9, however, this time there were extremely noisy guests living on the same floor who didn't sleep till 2am, cooked a full meal in the kitchenette, left the dishes unwashed and unusable for the other guests on the floor. The staff saw this but didn't say anything to them. There was one night where they came back to the room at 1:30am and wouldn't talk softly at all. That woke me up and I couldn't fall back asleep. Just a terrible experience overall."

"This is 3 star hotel so fell right within our expectations. Nothing flash but quite satisfactory. We were having dental work at Dentzz just a few minutes walk around the corner so brilliant location for that. Staff were friendly and conscientious.
