"This hotel is nicely sited within view of many local stores so it very convenient. The Argentine girl on the reception was a delight to speak to regarding the unusual hobby of me and my co-guest. Best of all is staying during April as the rooms cost next to nothing as the ski season is over. The only negative is the room I was in had an audible plumbing type noise from behind the wall which continued through the night."

"The overall place was good. The reception team and the restaurant / bar team were very helpful however in the restaurant for breakfast they sometimes could not keep up with the demand…eg set places, the orange juicers was out of oranges on numerous occasions . The biggest issue was the fact that the majority of the time the food was lukewarm … if that… and NEVER hot. This was pointed out to the team and they indicated it had been raised before! "It was all good except that there was no parking left at the hotel and it was difficult to find a free place in the area. Staff was kind and helpful. We got a triple room for a double, which was nice, and complimentary bottled water on the way out."

"Great location, clean, great food and bar. Only negative was pool area was not explained as costing extra when we used it and at 12 euro per person, per visit was very steep for 45 mins of use. Minor complaint and would still highly recommend. "

"We loved our stay, the staff were super accommodating, the rooms were cleaned to a high standard and they went over and above to accommodate for my dietary requirements. The hotel is only a couple of minutes walk from the slopes and the ski lockers were very useful. We would recommend to stay here, the breakfast has a good range of choices and there are several bars and restaurants next to the hotel. "

"The location of the hotel is excellent with a very convenient ski equipments lock room, just a few mins walking from the ski lifts. We took the half board, finally it ended up a very good decision, the breakfast and buffet dinner were very tasty and delicious with a lot of choices and everyday the menu were different. The only downside was the room was a bit small without any view, and in the bathroom there was no ventilator, the room could get quite humid after a shower. There was no parking...

"The bathroom was amazing for this level of hotel! Large and clean with two sinks, powerful hair dryer, and plenty of hot water!!"

"We lived for 11 nights and everything was+/- ok. Everything is quite old. It is not 3*, could be max 2,5* Broken shower - which they fixed it after 3 days we asked, in a sink water did not go down, no heating and we get around with wet skiing boots. They found solution for 1 night to dry them up in other room. And for last 2 night we had heating in our room. Room was clean. But most interesting part starts before last night. "Amazing hotel!!! Such a good location to the lifts at Pas. We previously stayed ski in/out and this was just as close as it's only a 2 min walk from the locker room to the Solana lift. The rooms were cleaned every day and the staff were around if we had any questions. Quiet at nighttime, comfortable beds, spacious rooms with huge windows, close to supermarkets and shops. Thank you so much for making our first holiday so comfortable! "

"I was there for training on runners the mountain trails. Room was great for access to trails and convenience to stores. Not much sound proofing in the walls as I could hear everything the couple next door we’re doing. "
