They had a beautiful handwritten note and some chocolate waiting for us in the room, we also got complementary cocktails. The room was clean and quiet. The hotel is conveniently located near the train station which helped us a great deal in our travels. The concierge who checked us in (GIFT) was very polite and helpful . "
