"The best part about staying here was the well equipped kitchenette. It was very helpful to be able to cook and store food while staying in Zurich. There are pans, crockery and cutlery in the room. The room was a small studio and there is some large furniture which made it a bit cramped for two people. "We were very pleased with our stay at Ema Apartments. The suit was spacious and very clean. Any time we had a question or needed something , we would email their office and the response was immediate. "The apartment was very modern and clean but it was up four flights of stairs. Also no AC so it got very warm the two days I was there when Zurich was in the high 80'sF. Had a coffee maker but no coffee. Would have been nice if they kept some instant coffee in the cupboard."

"I am 72 years old and was traveling alone. This is my first trip to Zürich. I was very pleased with this property. It is my first time to stay in an apartment, instead of a hotel. The decor is minimalist. The bathroom was clean and functional and had a nice shower. The location is excellent, there are many walkable attractions of Zürich nearby. I always felt safe in this location. Chicken was remarkably easy and clever. Seminar, checking out was a snap."

"What is described on Hotels.com is not what you get. First off we could not find the place then you need codes to get in there is no view from the rooms as the unit is a loft unit. Seriously disappointed and then we still have to pay to gave the unit serviced. Definitely won’t see me again and would never recommend it to anyone"
