The staff here are so very kind and accommodating. This is a lovely hotel with a courtyard out front. If you are in Eslov, it is definitely a great spot to stay.

Comfortable stay with kids
We had a lovely one night stay with our two children. Had continuous dialogue with the reception about check in as we had to come in late and got very good instructions by text. The room was very spacious and beds really comfortable. There were good facilities. Breakfast was a bit basic but overall very good experience.

Fint hotell, men inte toppkvalitet.
Fint hotell, trevlig personal och god frukost. Trevligt rum men skön säng, men sämre i badrummet där det var lite svartmögel i duschen. Trevlig personal, men trots att vi fått meddelande om att spjälsäng skulle vara redo på rummet fick vi be om det igen och vänta på att personalen fixade. Bra service när man bad om den, så att säga. Frukosten hade bra med alternativ och även glutenfritt samt veganskt. Men lite för gamla veganska alternativ (mjölkprodukter) som hade gått ut och även var mögliga. Annars gott.

Hotellet ligger väldigt centralt vid torget och gratis parkering tillhandahålls med 5 minuters promenad. Personalen är trevlig och serviceminded och hjälper till att lösa eventuella problem på ett smidigt sätt. Frukosten, som är enda maten som serveras är inte överdådig men det som behövs finns och är snyggt upplagt och allt verkar fräscht, mycket gott bröd. Är man lättstörd ska man kanske inte boka rum mot torget då det på fredag, lördag och söndag kvällar är livemusik (21.30 - 02.30) på en närliggande pub. Rummet var lagom stort och ett rejält toarum med dusch och bra sängar. Detta var vårt tredje besök på detta hotellet och vi lär återkomma.
