"Breakfast was great, staff friendly and helpful for any accommodation or question. Very clean and new rooms with great amenities and welcome gift from the staff. Very walkable location off of tram 28 within Alfama with a great gated terrace overlooking the water (where they close the gates at later hours for safety). Only downside is limited lunch and dinner menu with majority appetizers, but many restaurants nearby. "
