"i come here often and im generally pleased with everything this time i had 2 concerns one was that when i ordered room service breakfast i didnt want meat and would have like to substitute with extra bread but was refused also i had booked a larger suite and was told at reception that i was being upgraded to executive suite which ended up being smaller and congested didnt seem like an upgrade at all"

"Check in was a little slow, only 1 greeter at 2’sh. She (Nav) was very helpful, delightful to talk to. I received a ‘goodie’ bag for being patient. 🙏 The restaurant service was slow but again, the waitresses were doing their best. Unfortunately I can’t take advantage of all the amenities due to an early flight. Maybe next time."
