"My room was mostly nice - but it had mold on the shower upper parts and soap dispenser grouting and didn’t have exhaust in the bathroom to move the air around. Also the front door rug was ripped and fixed with duct tape. lol Also one lady at the front when I tried to move in was really grumpy and told me over and over they don’t take debit for anything. lol - when my credit card wasn’t working. I fixed the issue and went to someone else to checkin…."

"i come here often and im generally pleased with everything this time i had 2 concerns one was that when i ordered room service breakfast i didnt want meat and would have like to substitute with extra bread but was refused also i had booked a larger suite and was told at reception that i was being upgraded to executive suite which ended up being smaller and congested didnt seem like an upgrade at all"

"Very convenient location in proximity to Pearson airport. Very good breakfast option. Rooms are spacious and very clean. The airport shuttle runs every 30 min."
