"The staff were amazing and attentive, so many of them around! Very clean and comfortable, guest services went above and beyond to set up birthday decorations for our arrival, just perfect! Will be back for sure. The hotel is right on dam square in the centre of Amsterdam, plenty of shops, restaurants, bars and things to do! 10/10"

"Great location close to station, quick check in and receptionist took me up to my room and even carried my bag. Room was lovely, big comfy bed, clean, good decor, great bathroom with a handy little led over the loo for night time use! Fully equipped kitchenette, air con, big smart TV. Breakfast was only continental, but lots of choice, and good coffee. There was nothing I could fault! "

"Lovely hotel, quick and efficient check-in, it was to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary and the hotel kindly gave us complementary breakfast which was unexpected but very appreciated "

"Friendly staff and suite was amazing. Very spacious. Just a shame the water/shower dripped at night and room above (206) was so loud. Tried to call downstairs 4 times to no answer. In the morning when I got through they were kind to give me a late check out due to disrupted sleep. "
