"Traveled with our kids and really enjoyed the stay. We had a great view of the falls, the staff were excellent and the hotel was clean and in decent shape. Only a few small complaints like the elevators were very slow during the morning we were checking out and the door to our bathroom was a bit off track and didn’t close well. Kids enjoyed the pool and parking was easy. "

"We did a walking tour of Niagara Falls Falls and found this hotel a good choice as it is within walking distance of Skylon Tower which was the starting point of the tour. For the cost of the room however you would think that parking and breakfast would be included but it was not. As for breakfast there is a Denny's across the street but they rip off tourists. $95.00 for three adults I think is excessive. On the second day we found a breakfast buffet not far away from the hotel that was great....

"Such a great example at this Holiday Inn! Nem at the front desk was super helpful at check-in. Parking was free and breakfast in the morning was delivered. Very nice and attentive staff in the Coco’s restaurant as well. The hotel is a short walk down to the Falls and to the lovely gardens. We almost decided not to stop at Niagara Falls, in a hurry to get home to Tennessee. We’re so glad we stopped and stayed overnight in the beautiful Canadian side of the Falls."
