You must check in before 10pm. I arrived late and only got in by sheer luck. With my flight to Hamburg I could not have arrived any earlier. Basic but clean and functional room. Good breakfast. Very friendly staff.

Nice hotel but breakfast needs improvement
Our room was spacious and clean. We even had an outside area to relax. The bed was very soft. We were charged for a breakfast that we did not intend on buying. (On hotels.com it said breakfast was an extra cost.) We did not think it was a good breakfast. The fruit had been cut a day or two before and was mushy. The bread was dry and the only warm food was scrambled eggs. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful.

Frendly and service minded staff, quick check in. Perfect location with lots of restaurants and shopping. The room was large and comfortable. I am sure we will come back.

Heerlijk hotel. Grote, ruime en nette kamer en badkamer. Vriendelijke receptie. Omgeving Am Markt is top met uitgebreid winkel en horeca aanbod. Parkeren gratis achter hotel.

Da ich nur für 2 Tage gebucht hatte , wurde mir ein Zimmer unterm Dach mit dem Bett direkt neben der Toilette zugewiesen. Ich habe dann aber ein anderes Zimmer bezogen, da ich das Zimmer als nicht akzeptabel empfand. Am nächsten Tag, versuchten andere Hotelgäste mit einem weiteren Schlüssel für mein Zimmer, dieses zu beziehen. Es wurde wohl versäumt zu dokumentieren, dass selbiges Zimmer anderweitig vermietet wurde.

Duntäcken mitt i sommaren
Ett hotell med dålig luft och väldigt varmt överallt. Dessutom använde man duntäcken och dunkuddar vilket är ohygieniskt och obehagligt. Trevlig personal.

Örngott på kuddarna saknades även badhanddukar saknades. Påtalade detta inget hända. Påtalade detta ytterligare en gång. Fick då ett örngott det enda som fanns på hotellet. Inga handdukar. Kan verkligen inte rekommendera detta hotell. Ofräscht allmänt dåligt. Bo inte här…..

Perfekt beläget hotell i Burg, det enda att klaga på var den bristfälliga ventilationen i rummet nattetid då det blev mycket varmt och kvavt.
