"I booked the room through Orbitz, where the pictures of the residence were supposedly displayed. Upon my arrival, I was shocked at the state of the residence, especially the amenities and room comfort and cleanliness. We complained several times until the staff got us into a different hotel. It took 3 hours of complaints to finally get a decent room, but the staff was very helpful and understanding.
