"This is one of the best hotels my family and I have stayed . The bell service was amazing and very friendly. I was traveling alone as a single parent and the front desk and hotel made us feel safe in a big city - they gave us a map of which areas to avoid, gave suggestions where to eat for breakfast and left cookies in our room for the kids . I will definitely come back again !"

"One of the few hotel options in SF with nearby convenient parking. The atrium is beautiful and has some convenient food and drink options (not cheap, but convenient). The room was very well furnished and the bed was extremely comfortable. I didn't deal with the staff much but they were nice and helpful."
