"Very happy UH is close to Union Station! Easy to access TTC. Room's 2 blinds helped with privacy with the many buildings outside the window. Nice touch with the new novel above the desk if you choose to read/purchase, along with the bathrobes. Beautiful, clean room. The lobby is has a welcoming feel- a fireplace, great spot to read, work on your laptop or visit with friends. The Humble Donkey has delicious breakfast menu. "Place was perfect! From greeting at the front counter to the incredible view. Valet was very kind! The amenities were awesome! Will stay there again!"

"The room was ok, however the bathroom was not cleaned very well. There was hair all over the floor. The electrical outlet between the beds did not work. When we pulled the side table out to try and see if it was working, there was a used bandage and a lot of dirt/food/garbage behind the beds and side table. "

"Beautiful hotel, great service, clean rooms and all the staff (security, housekeeping and front desk) were very friendly. My only criticism would be that there was a man out front the hotel often yelling, he was obviously on drugs or something, but it was not a very comfortable feeling when coming or going from the main entrance.
