"Staff were very friendly and helpful, there was a small problem with the heating system in our room and the young lady in the reception offered us an electric heater which was really helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. Cleaner was also very lovely and friendly lady. The hotel is located very close to the airport which is a great advantage for those travelling with planes. "

"Don't use a Map app to find this place. You'll end up (like me) walking a circular route only to end up pretty much where you started. Just come out of the airport, turn left, and it's 100m on your left. This hotel is very modern but tastefully decorated. The rooms have no wardrobes; you use hooks and clothes hangers on a wire mesh on the wall. I liked that idea. TV has lots of channels including bbc1, and you can cast apps from your phone to the TV. "My family and I had a nice stay at Mama shelter. It was a quick walk and even quicker tram ride from the Pfaffenthan-kirchberg train stop. The hotel workers were friendly and held our bags until we were able to check in. They gave us ideas about things to do in the area as well as some restaurants. "This hotel is fine for a one night stop over. Its location is above a shopping Mall if you enter from the front of the street you have to get a lift up to reception which was a surprise when we arrived. Parking is very easy and is round the back of the hotel so you can enter the hotel at the rear direct into the reception. Location is perfect with everything within walking distance. "
