"This hotel is in a fantastic location in Firostefani, close to restaurants and shops and a 15 minute walk along the cliff to Fira, it is a wonderful walk. The views over the caldera are amazing. We had breakfast overlooking the caldera. The lasy at the reception was super helpful with information and booking a taxi and transfer from the port and to the airport."

The staff is AMAZING and very friendly Kelly exceeded our expectations by offering us a night in the room with a jacuzzi, which was wonderful, we were celebrating my birthday and my husband, with Kelly's incredible help, managed to surprise me, she also gave us information about the island. a kind and strong gentleman whose name I don't remember and I am so sorry was the one who carried our heavy luggage up the stairs to our beautiful room...

"The room is what you would expect, it was small with a small washroom. The room and the washroom were exceptionally clean. We were lucky enough to have a balcony which gave us extra sitting room with a view. The hotel was situated in the middle of Firostafani, Fira is about a 1 kilometer walk. The owners were friendly, I would recommend this hotel as a place to stay. "
