Extremely overpriced, very poor breakfast, and a very inattentive staff who promised several times to fix the safe, bring more water, etc. and never came through. The staff need a real training session in customer care. Definitely wouldn't recommend.

Please be aware there is absolutely no soundproofing at this property. We found the road noisy and especially the internal hallways. The door unlock system was extremely loud and you could hear throughout the entire floor. If you wanted to turn the air conditioning on and off you had to call to the front desk. It is 24/7 but not really a viable option in the middle of the night when someone else is sleeping. Room was very small. Location was an acceptable walk from the train station and found walking the city easy enough throughout our stay.

Its great here, but beds are a little hard. Close to the train station. Its 10 minutes walk to where the fun is. Small, noisy streets. Romantic, classical looking rooms are just like a 1940s movie! Staff is so, so wonderful. Try La Gratella tratorria right around the corner.

The location is amazing, just couple minutes walk to Accademia Gallery, Botanical Garden, main squares (Piazzale), and other attractions. We booked two rooms for us and our two daughters. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Cafes and restaurants are steps away from the hotel. Staff is lovely and goes out of their way to make your visit extraordinary. A heartfelt thank you to Daisa. She is amazing—pleasant and attentive in the breakfast room, making each of our mornings start wonderfully. Thank you.

Good Hotel for the Money
The hotel is modern, very clean and maintained well. The staff are the best. They are helpful and friendly. The breakfast is very good, with a nice variety. The hotel is in a good, but noisy neighborhood, very near the train station. Lots of restaurants to choose from. The only downside were groups of teenage kids staying..very noisy and rude. But, I understand from the new management, they won't be serving groups of students in future.

If you’re looking for a 5-star hotel, this isn’t the place, but if like me, you just want somewhere comfortable and clean to sleep and freshen up, you won’t find any better for the price. Can’t complain about anything really.

i’ve stayed at close to 100 hotels in all my travels and this is by far the worst hotel i’ve ever been to. I honestly wanted our vacation to just be over early so we could get out of this hotel. We booked a larger room that said it included 3 bed, we got 1. They refused to move us to a larger room despite that being what we booked. The hotel is dirty, the room is tiny and broken down, and the staff is extremely rude. A cleaner broke one of the glass tables in our while cleaning and the hotel manager insisted that we pay €50 for it. I tried to argue that we shouldn’t have to pay for what their employee broke but they forced us to pay and were extremely hostile from that point on. We requested no more room cleaning for the rest of our stay since we no longer trusted them in our room and they still came into our room 3 times. The person cleaning the rooms was also restocking the breakfast bar in between cleaning rooms and the lobby but i didn’t see her wash her hands or put on gloves once. There was also gnats all over the food so we chose not to eat there. Save yourself and stay far away from this hotel.
