The south west really friendly and helpful. People have written that it was wonderful here and it was really nice my view was great. I can hear every single neighbor who came home and I can hear them when they were in the room. It woke me up throughout the night. I tried to use the elevator and it wouldn't work finally when I made it up to the second floor it was working my suitcase weighed about 70 pounds. The breakfast was good especially for the price.

The hotel is absolutely beautiful! It’s an older building and is very historic inside and out! But the bathrooms and furniture have been updated! I would definitely stay here again. Parking is a bit of a challenge but it wouldn’t keep me from returning.

The property was in quite a nice area and close to a lovely stroll to the beach. The breakfast was v nice and the breakfast staff and the checkin and checkout staff were v friendly. On the ‘could do better’ side, there seemed to be too much ongoing improvement work going on with the bar closed, and a dodgy little lift that did not follow the direction of patrons’ wishes as per floor buttons pressed!

Stayed in Junior Suite. It had obviously been recently refurbished, and was nicely finished. Two points. The design of the shower tray seemed to be designed to channel water out of the shower cubicle onto the bathroom floor. The smoke/fire alarm on the bedroom ceiling flashes laser green all night, and is therefore not conducive to sleep. Which is counter to the point of a bedroom.

Thus property is 8n a fabulous locations right on the Lees A short walk from the town centre and train station makes the location ideal. Breakfast amazung value. All staff went out of their way to help and were so polite. Would highly recommend and would stay there again.
