Stayed in Ft Lauderdale for a stay cation for a birthday weekend. Chose Nobleton b/c hotel prices are outrageous these days and wanted something 'nice but simple'.. Due to the really good reviews here and reasonable price, we chose Nobleton. It's a old 'L shaped' motel that rooms have been generally redone. nothing Luxurious. I think the worst part is the office staff. We had to go in a few times and they were just 'cold', one didn't even speak English.. Our 'favorite' part is when we asked about parking. They have 8 parking spots for Nobleton. We knew we were celebrating late Saturday night (arriving back at 2 or 3 am) so we asked about where to park of no spots were available (they have at least 18 rooms, but 9 spots). I kid you not the answer from the hotel staff rep was 'Shoulder shrug, I don't know'. She said park on the street....I said the parking signs say 4 hours max. Again, shoulder shrug. I was in shock! Seriously. They offered no help whatsoever....we couldn't be the first ones asking this. So part of our night was thinking what to do (luckily we did find a spot). Also The 1st bath towel was like sandpaper. The room was clean. The pool was nice. They had speakers so could have been nice to put something on them. We had a portable speaker so we use ours (only ones in pool, and low volume so as to not disturb anymore). The hotel is literally one short block to the beach/main drag so location is great. Very mixed if we would go back.

We picked this place because it looked like a private property with an enclosed pool which even though was off of the road, had a garden to hide it. It was hidden from the road however, the pool was closed. A health inspector came 6/6/2024 and shut it down. There was a sign hanging from it telling you not to use/swim. So the facilities we really wanted could not be used. The wifi was an additional feature, but if we were in the back of our room it wouldn’t reach. It was nice having a fridge and microwave though. Some parts need maintenance (water damage on doors and cupboards in bathroom), pool not swimmable etc. I had hopes for this place but it disappointed.

Stayed for a week at the Nobleton Hotel. The city came and shut down the pool because of the conditions, no safety rope around the pool, and they didn’t have pool hours listed for safety. Did not feel safe leaving our room unattended as we found out guests had too similar of codes to the room. They would not give us a refund for the inconveniences although some of the other guests were able to.

While we were there, the health inspector came shut down the pool for bacteria and she said that she was bleaching the pool and not putting chlorine in there so she obviously doesn’t know how to run the pool speaks very little English door to the property on the outside is not locked and anybody can get in an all hours of the night And on top of that, your room codes are very similar to each person where each person can honestly get into each other room

Unfortunately our pool was shut down by the pool inspector and we couldn’t use it. There was no office personnel onsite to speak with. No housekeeping during my visit. The front gate was never locked so anyone could come in at anytime. The grounds were very pretty so we had a nice time sitting outside in the evening so it has potential just needs more attention. Our room was spacious and the beds were comfortable. Unfortunately I will not return.

This property has been nicely refurbished and was extremely clean. The staff was very helpful. Great location for the beach and within easy walking distance to shops and restaurants. Will definitely stay there again.

The grounds, common area and room themselves were great. Very clean and had good amenities. Communicating with staff, if you could find any at all, was an issue. Did not respond to several emails about early check-in times. But overall, the Nobleton location near the beach and good restaurants was key. The rooms themselves were well maintained and had cozy beds.

Loved hotel, room and location. Our experience was tainted by an abrupt greeting at check in reception, felt I was chastised for our personal choice of not using our cell phones while on vacation. Receptionist initially said we had to have text msg in order to check in despite me having paper copies of Expedia booking AND email from hotel with reservation #. Eventually, we did get checked in with a few clicks on her laptop. There was no posting on regular office hours, only for Saturday and Sunday, and we waited on morning of checkout until 9am with still no one in office. Needed to inform them that there was no batteries in tv remote, very inconvenient. Would stay again if Text msg isn’t a requirement to check in, emails work.

Great quaint, quiet hotel located in close proximity, within walking distance to the beach and nearby bars and restaurants. Our room was clean, there was a mini fridge, microwave and Keurig coffee machine with pods available to use. Cups and wine glasses were located in the cupboard which was convenient. The staff accommodated our early check in and late out check out needs communicated through Expedia chat. Staff are not always on site but it was easy enough to get a hold of someone. Great value for the location in the area.:)
