"If you are looking for a cozy place to stay in Mt. Dora the Heirloom Inn is perfect! We only had one night but since everything is walking distance we got to do so much in a short time. Fun shops and excellent restaurant right there! We loved it. Very kind and responsive property manager which was an added bonus. Hope to be back!"

"LOVE the Lakeside Inn in Mount Dora. This is a historic building very well maintained and right downtown. Beds are comfortable and clean. "

"We pulled up to this obviously older hotel and were getting pangs of regret. The front desk is littered with post-its and random notes under the glass top. I was met at the door by a happy little dog and my wife began rolling her eyes. A casual front desk atmosphere was clear. Walking past the pool to our room, I noticed it was clean and the water was clear. I did not get the chance to sample it. We climbed the wooden stairs with 2x4 railings to our second floor room while making a mental note...

"The hotel room was nice. Enjoyed the view of the water. The bed was comfortable. Probably the only thing I would change is a few more towels in the room. There was only one bath, one hand and 1 wash cloth per each. My spouse and I like to shower sometimes in the evening before bed and again in the morning when we travel and the towels were still a bit damp for use the next morning. Other than that we both enjoyed the place and will use that hotel again "

"Everyone was super friendly and very diligent! Every afternoon they cleaned up the room, brought fresh towels and even lined up our shoes. We loved our stay and would love to stay there again! Thank you to everyone their! "

"The room was clean and spacious. The bed was comfortable except for the pillows( too flat). The water pressure in the shower was wonderful! Refrigerator was handy. Would be nicer to have bedside light. Overall good stay & sleep."
