One star is probably too much to give. Let me start by saying when I arrived to the hotel and got check-in, it was kind of sketch. The person attending me was talking very secretive with the other. They handed me a room (which I got there at 12pm knowing that check in was at 4pm.) The room that I got had a nightstand completely ripped off and missing. The air said 60 and it was hot as if the air was not even on. I went downstairs and when I told the gentleman that was there in the front desk, he seemed to not know what a night stand even is. We were given another room and just decided to stay with it although the fridge was not even working. We went out to eat then after eating we said let us check out the bar. Drinks can't go wrong... lie. That was horrible. I asked for a Moscow Mule and there was nothing about my drink that said Moscow Mule. They had a DJ playing that was just sitting looking at his phone... disappointing. I was there for a wedding. The only good thing was the wedding. The day of the wedding we decided to stay in the pool. One more time we gave it a shot. The drink was not it. Just nasty and expensive. Very expensive 2 nights. A total of almost $650 and let me just say that it was not worth it at all. I will not be coming back and will not recommend to anyone. Stay away from this hotel. So very disappointing and already paid.

The property was very beautiful right on the ocean. I highly recommend. I would only book this place if you have time to spend here. There is a lot to enjoy right on the property.

They put us in a tower with no staff and no restaurant s had to walk or shuttle to the other tower for everything except the pool.

Check in staff are welcoming and professional, the amenities great. The room and pool all great. Breakfast was great and Lauren was awesome Only issue that I have to drive to Sanibel for the sandy beach, otherwise for people who usually stay in the pool then it’s a fantastic place with the wild life like the amazing dolphins were there All the time day and night

Beautiful location overlooking Sanibel Harbor. Sunset was gorgeous. Staff was very attentive and food was very good. The view is the best thing, the water so peaceful, mangroves filled with birds, and of course, the unforgettable sunset and red sky.

SHOUT OUT TO THE STAFF!! Sharnette was one of our servers and she was amazing! Knowledgeable of the area and overall just a wonderful human! Nearly every staff encounter was super!! Minus 2/3 odd ones. The cleanliness is top notch! The amenities are impressive! We went to get married and although I did not utilize the resorts wedding services (a lot of $ for not much) we celebrated and dined and enjoyed every second !!! We will return one day but for now we have the rest of the world to travel!

This property offers a lot for the money you pay per night. Plenty of dining options. Very good gym inside the spa area. If you like pickle ball and tennis they have both. The resort fee includes the sports equipment and bicycles.
