"Perfect location. We went to Carcasson Cite every night for dinner. It is just steps from hotel. Hotel staff very nice. Food was good in their restaurant. Parking is easy. Room had little patio, but too cold now. Patio door did not lock. Never fixed. Area feels super safe, though. Cite shops cute, mostly touristy. Amorino gelato there. Good stay. "

Staff were friendly and helpful and they put on a good continental breakfast spread (simple but everything was high quality, and generally locally or regionally made). Room was clean and everything functioned well, window had a nice view of the castle and city walls. However the furnishings weren't the nicest, the colour choice in the room was almost overwhelming, and the beds were too small for me (I'm tall)."
