"The facilities are what is to be expected for a hostel. Rooms are decent and bathrooms are decent, but this is not a hotel so do not expect top notch facilities. The staff is excellent and go out of their way to accommodate needs. The environment is very suitable for chilling out and making new friends. I will miss the friends I made at the hostel and would highly recommend it to anyone seeking a warm hostel experience."

"Check in was a little tricky since the receptionist only spoke Portuguese. However, there were no issues and we were given the key to our room. The room was clean but a little worn out. The breakfast was a buffet with great options including sausage, ham, cheese, cereal, juices, and fruit. Location is in the town center which is great during the day, however, at night all the shops are closed and it seemed quite scary so we took an Uber to the mall for dinner. Overall, it was a comfortable hotel...

"Dirty room and bathroom. Looks like they didn’t clean the room for a year. A lot of insects dead on floor, disgusting sheets (stained and torn), cobwebs and lots of dust on the curtains. Unbelievable!! "
