"Definitely not a 4-star hotel. Barely a 3-star hotel. While the front desk staff was really nice (except for one guy), this hotel had way too many issues. The room looked outdated and dirty, the A/C was not working properly, no WiFi in our room (try a 4-day stay with teenagers and no Wi-Fi), mold in the showers. "Despite clearly stating on the website that there is a pool, it was not accessible in mid/late May. The reception (with very limited availably, by the way) said it was "closed for repairs", but in the 7 days we were there, there was no sign of any repairman. And in the hotel's information pack, it states that the pool is only open from June - September (on Pierre & Vacances' own website it states from May - Sept., and on Hotels.com there are no date limitations given). "We stay only for one night at Cap Riviera. It rain before we came, so we haven’t used the garden or beach. There is no restaurant close to hotel, but hotel has a restaurant and a bar. We ordered fish for the dinner and we were very satisfied with our choices. Breakfast was also very good. The problem with hotel was that they forgot to put a blanket on the second bed and there were nobody at the reception when we discovered it. "
