"I booked this room after looking through the pictures, which i now believe were enhanced photos. The room was large, clean and I loved the floors. The shower water was nice and hot. However, the microwave was rusty, the frig had a lot of ice build up, there was no blowdryer. The room had 1 lamp in the corner of the room, no clock or bedside table. The internet only worked on 1 thing at a time, either the tv or the computer, take your pick. The note at check-in almost made me forfeit my payment...

"There were 2 dirty washcloths and a few hairs in the tub so the bathroom clearly wasnt thoroughly cleaned. The room was fine for the price and location."

"Hotel was in a convenient location, close to area restaurants and stores. The proximity to Grand Haven and Muskegon beaches was nice. The hotel itself is newer and was relatively clean, however, the pull out couch had crumbs in it and for some reason IHG hotels have started not including bedding for the sleeper sofa in the rooms. This visit, we were luckily checking in earlier in the evening but when you arrive after a long day of traveling the last thing you want to do is to have to go back...

"Great place! First time at a B&B and we weren't sure what to expect. It was a great vibe! The place was clean & tidy the carpet in the entrance had some stains but the rooms and the house in general was tidy. The views and sunset was absolutely amazing & being Beachfront made the entire stay absolutely perfect! "
