"Prime spot in the heart of Shinjuku. Close to stations, restaurants, shopping. Everything is walking distance. Main lobby has all the toiletries you may need. Staff is English speaking which is nice when you get overwhelmed for the day. Very helpful in checking in and when sending luggage to next destination. Only cons if any, bed & pillows were quite stiff...so I know some ppl won't be adapt to that. And room ac and mini fridge weren't as cold as they could be. But definitely would stay here again.."
