"We had a great stay at this hotel. Our room request was fulfilled. Good location, quiet, and the staff (from the cleaners to the manager) were both helpful and courteous. The room was clean and the bed very comfortable. Shout out to Lakshita who has been quite kind and helpful during our stay. "

Got a window-less room with paper-thin walls, could hear the bloke next door talk to the missus/kids on the phone (tbf wasnt even talking loudly), others snore etc. Breakfast was also poor (at least the 'gaijin' part of it) It's a pity cause the location is great, rental bikes are free, there are plenty of cafes/things to do nearby."

"Great hotel close to the station. The staff is really amazing. The rooms are simple yet very good. Great Internet connection even for video calls. The free breakfast was just amazing (you can bring it up your room if you want) Just make sure not tk book a smoking room if you don't smoke like I did... But if you do, they have sprays that help with the smell!"

"Not a bad place to stay for a couple of days. I just found it odd that it didn’t have an elevator when rooms are up on the 2nd and 3rd floor- I had to carry my luggage up the stairs (luckily, mine was on the 2nd floor). Having that many rooms and only have one shower to share for the whole building is not a good situation to be in as well. I know there’s free onsen privileges from the Amanohashidate hotel across but that’s also a hassle to get to as well. I found that the shared men’s washroom...
