"It hurts to give middling ratings. The staff and mgmt were friendly and helpful (eg, they gave me a room close to the reception check-in, they provided transport to the train station when no other option was available). The problem is while the crew might be good they need to run a tighter ship, The property is showing its age, it’s up the hill from the town and is oriented to large groups. As a solo, shoulder season guest, we, the few, are lost in the cracks of pre-season prep. "

"We had rented the apartment and it was very nice, clean and cosy. Fortunately we did not have to cook nor eat onsite because it is really not equipped to do any kind of cooking. Maybe a trashcan in the kitchen could be useful also? Beyond this, the breakfast was nice and staff very friendly. "Nice hotel with a lovely pool overlooking the sea. Very friendly staff; they upgraded us to a bigger room for our group of four adults without us requesting it. The hotel is a bit old but clean and well-maintained. It is within walking distance of one of the most beautiful beaches in Puglia, just a 15-minute walk away. The walk to the beach is downhill and uphill on the way back, but it's manageable. The breakfast is varied and served in a spacious room surrounded by windows. Overall, highly...
