"We arrived Saturday afternoon around 14h30. The people at reception were helpful but the room was really terrible no view a very poor room all together. We asked the reception if they had something better they took us around the place and showed us a couple of other rooms but it was no better. They told us that they would refund the room but we did want to run the risk to be without any rooms at all. So we spent the night and checked out the next morning. "Muy lindo hotel. Excelente atencion. Vitaly y Ronelly excelentes. Desafortunadamente nos toco el ultimo edificio del complejo, que tenia la caminata mas larga, sin embargo la habitacion excelente (lo unico que le hacia falta era un closet mas amplio). La piscina genial, los desayunos increibles, las chicas del desayuno muy amables."
