"I was impressed with our room! It’s at least 18 foot ceiling if not higher reminiscent of castles hundreds of years ago! Of course it’s renovated with wood floors, white paint. The fixtures and very tall windows appear of the same era. Very pleasant. We had the room with a king size bed and a queen size bed on the mezzanine floor. There is a kitchenette. The shower cubicle did have black deposits at the upper walls and leaking. It’s 3 big steps on marble stairs to get up to the bathroom- no...

"We appreciated our stay here. Be aware that the entry to the hotel is inside a gallery. Parking is also blocks away. Staff was great!"

"The property was in a perfect location. It was a very quick walk to the Duomo and there were a lot of nearby shopping and dining options. The hotel room we chose was spacious and the bed was comfortable. The only issue we found was that cigarette smoke was present frequently throughout the hotel including the elevator and our room. The staff was great and moved us to a new room on arrival but the smoke drifted into our new room as well due to the location. We did not mention to the hotel staff...

"The airconditioning was quite loud, and since it was quote cold outside it had to be on. It was a bit noisy and the biggest fault for me was no bedding on the duvet, so that made me feel a bit uncomfortable. But it was a quite modern looking place in relatively good area just a couple minutes via local transport to city centre. "
