"The hotel was very neat and clean, breakfast was good and filling. Nice bar area and very friendly and helpful bartender. We needed to add a room to our reservation upon arrival and the staff was very helpful and we were able to get a fourth room. Walking distance to restaurants. With valet parking, we didn’t need to worry about the car, they made it available when we needed it."

"For a Hyatt Regency, this hotel is lacking amenities like robes/slippers for guest. No food available between 11 and 4. Down market snack selection for purchase in the "lobby". This is an adaptive reuse of a spectacular 1890s commercial building but it does not work well as a hotel."

"While the Crown Plaza was a bit on the dated side, it worked well for staying in downtown Cleveland to attend a baseball game. The valet was convenient and friendly, but understandably slower during high checkout periods. Overall, a lovely stay."
