"It was closed for renovations. We were NOT told by the hotel or by hotels.com We had to struggle to find another hotel No compensation. "

"We had a quick one night stay at this hotel and we impressed with the friendliness of the staff and how clean the room was. We stayed in a Junior Suite and appreciated how large the room was and were pleasantly surprised that the room had a full ensuite bathroom (with a separate shower and bath tub) and separate powder room. The location was also close to the restaurants at Square One. Would definitely stay here again. "

"Continental breakfast was lacking and not cooked the best. Food was slightly cold. Muffins were small and over baked. Also had to ask for Syrup for the French toast and waffles. "
