"The only complaint was the daily free breakfast. The same items were served every morning of our stay, there was no variety and the food was just ok, nothing special. But that is the only complaint. The property is New, clean, walkable to downtown Gatlinburg and safe. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. We would certainly stay there again."

"We enjoyed our overnight trip to the mountains. It was just too short due to the storms coming in! We found this property and we found a gem!! Clean and comfortable! The space was amazing. It does need a small table and chairs to eat at. Couch was a little uncomfortable since it was deep. Not enough to complain about. I do wish the fireplace worked. There was a slight chill in the air. It was great to have a separate sleeping area and a Living room area. We would definitely stay here again. The staff was very nice. The breakfast was very good and well stocked. Very clean rooms and walking distance to the strip. "

"Awesome view from the balcony overlook, saw bear 2-3x a day in the stream, great people there , breakfast was good , older lodge rooms , the experience was worth a few lesser amenities "

"This property was great! Close to the main road so walking to eveything was easy! Room was huge very clean and bed was very comfortable! I cant say enough nice things about DONNA at the front desk she was the absolute BEST!!!! She was sooo very nice to talk to and gave us lots of info about the area! Thank u again DONNA!!!"
