"Our stay was great. The rooms are a bit dated and could us a remodel, but it was clean, spacious and having a balcony was great. The front staff was very friendly as well. The location was also perfect for walking around. I would recommend it to anyone wanting to stay right in the middle of everything. "

We also had opportunity briefly interact with Nicky, another great receptionist. The breakfast does not offer bagel but for us it was no issue. The lady arranging breakfast area was also very nice. "It was located right on the main street (Parkway) in Gatlinburg. So everything was within walking distance. Yet, surprisingly, there was no traffic noise in the room. Very clean room which was remodeled only a few months ago. I would defintely stay here again."

"Rooms were outdated but nice. No microwave in our room. I thought that was odd. There was one in lobby to use. Pool was amazing with hot tub and sauna. Would definitely go back… about 1 mile from downtown Gatlinburg. We had a creek side room. A bear visited parking lot across the creek and we had geese right out our balcony!"
