"This was a wonderful weekend getaway spot! The only thing we didn’t like was the HVAC unit was extremely loud and annoying and kept us up unless we turned it totally off, so then we spent the whole night cold. We will definitely stay here again but next time in the room with the soaker tub. "

"We booked this hotel after looking for one in Gatlinburg with an EV charging station. They do not have one even though the website we booked through said they did. Staff was very helpful and pleasant. Stairs to 2nd floor need repair and were somewhat dangerous. Elevator area was dirty. No coffee available until 8 a.m. Room was comfortable and adequate. "

"The room was nice. The bed was comfortable. The fridge worked. The view was exceptional. My daughter enjoyed the pool. Negatives: The drawers were broken, some couldn’t unpack our clothes. The shower took 10 minutes to heat up in the morning. I only know this because I took a freezing cold shower because the water didn’t heat up. When I was almost finished, the water got warm. "
