"The stuff of hotel is very helpful. The location is perfect fitting our travel purpose. The bkfst is pretty good. But the WiFi is a joke. My iPad can link to hhoner WiFi, but can’t connect to internet. I have tried in the lobby and room. Both location is the same. A side note is facility is under going remodeling of hotel rooms. I did not see this when booking. Although there is a note on elevator door allowing refund for canceling reservation, but since we were already there it’s too late to...

"The staff was very nice and welcoming. Have hot coffee and tea available after a long drive was appreciated. The room was comfortable. We likes that we were able to walk to a resrirant for dinner."

"The property was extremely clean. It was well kept, very beautiful. It was very family friendly and centrally located to shopping, dining, and sight seeing. Our family thoroughly enjoyed this visit and we look forward to our next trip here. "

"The hotel was a bit mkore dated than expected. It was also less clean than expected, no stains on sheets or anything just the feel of the hotel and room weren't clean, smelling like smoke in the lobby and hallways. Breakfast was a bit disappointing compared to the pictures. Overall, it was fine, but next time i would probably look for a different stay in the area."

"I always like Microtel and this one is one of the best - clean, nice staff, easy accessible. I especially like the 24 hour availability of coffee, hot water, drinking water in the lobby. Also, very close to Ghent! "
