We had a really nice stay, the rooms were very clean and had drinks eg tea and coffee. very good wfi and tv. The staff at the hotel are very helpful and very friendly. We asked about the taxi service and was provided with a number and the taxi was on time and very friendly. The food was really nice and a good choice on the menu. we ill definitely be back.

Hotel was pretty clean and good but the resturant service was slow on one occasion. (they comp'd me a drink for slow service) Not much to do locally in Stepps but the hotel is clean and comfortable.

A cosy bright hotel. Room was large, clean and had plenty of coffee, tea drinking chocolate and a selection of biscuits ( it's the little touches that make the difference).Staff were friendly helpful and attentive. There was a good selection of food both at evening meal and breckfast.

Very nice and helpful staff. Unfortunately this hotel has very thin walls and very squeaky floorboards. Ear plugs are required to sleep. You could hear everything in the adjacent rooms. Food was way overpriced for what you got. Ended up driving out on my final night. Had a mixed grill with no egg !!
