"When I was disappointed with as often as we have stayed there that we were asked to give an additional hundred dollar deposit for incident when I have paid the entire cause of the room I asked the clerk suppose I didn’t have an additional hundred dollars to pay as a deposit for incident. Would I not be able to get the room I feel they should include that information in their description that there will be additional monies to pay when reserving a room."

"While the room layout was fine, the bathroom needs updating. The caulking in the shower appeared moldy. Very spacious for a family of four. There were dirty dishes in the sink when we arrived. Otherwise, no complaints for the price paid."

"The staff is what I am impressed with about this property. The hotel itself is going through a much needed renovation! The carpet is orange and brown, looks like it is straight from the 70's. I am sure it will be much better once they are done with the renovation. I was on the first floor. I had requested a handicap accessible room with two beds. "It was clean but the lobby smelled. The sink and the tub had no stopper and I was afraid I was gonna lose my rings in it. The television reception was bad. The staff was very friendly however the morning receptionist had a bonnet on at work greeting guests. I thought that was inappropriate. "
