"Staff were excellent, without exception. Warm and friendly and entirely welcoming. The bed was comfortable either side of the centreline, although very obviously two singles zipped together which made for a dip in the middle. Blackout curtains were a positive too. Downsides: soundproofing is poor. You can hear every door closing and too many conversations from other rooms. "Advantages; ample parking. Good value. Short walk to the Quays where the new/modern restaurants are. One mile to the cathedral. There are nearby supermarkets. Downsides: thin walls: you hear your neighbors. The bed is a cheap, noisy metal thing. The common area/kitchen is subject to the behaviors of your neighbors. During my stay, they proved themselves to be total slobs."
