"Booked the lagoon suite for 2 adults 2 kids with King bed and fold out lounge. Had to call to get 2nd bed made for kids at 8p.m. only enough pillows and towels for 2 not 4 people. House keeping was very slack and 2nd day didnt even refresh the room at all. Room was 2700 down to 2k for 3 nights but for that money you deserve better service. Restaurant and bar service by the pool were great. "

"Really enjoyed our stay, clean family friendly. The breakfast was yummy with lots of options. Convenient location close to everything we were there to see, would highly reccomended. The only thing that would have improved the rating would be some sort of supervision at the pool. Inconsiderate guests leaving the place a mess with used towels and not following the rules impacting other swimmers was a bit painful. "Hotel is located in a very convenient area, short walk to beach and main shopping mall. Also close to light rail. Our room was clean and had everything we needed. Only con was that even though the main bedroom had block out blinds the light was still very bright in the morning as light came in around the sides and top of blinds. The pool area was nice but offered no umbrellas to shade the sun lounges. You did need to be in the pool area before 9 am or you would miss out on getting a sun lounge,...
