"Ely at the front desk is the best you can get in BCN. Everyone in the hotel is very friendly and helpful. Everything was seamless from booking to check out. Grocery store is a 2min walk, train station is a 10min walk, Parc Guell is also down the road. a lot of food and coffee options. Very safe to walk at night. Just a minor recommendation would be to add shelves and hooks in the bathroom so it's easier to store toiletries. "

"The front desk was very friendly but they gave us a room that was occupied by someone else. They did correct this immediately and apologized. The room was clean and the shower was huge. The refrigerator dripped water the 1st day. The hotel is close to dining and attractions. We were abe to walk to Segrada Familia, it took about 30 minutes. I would stay here again."

"Really liked the seamless electric check in, also that i could get in soon er to the builder, work from there and there were loos available before my 3pm room was available. Equally the QR code c checkout and lockers to leave my belongings until 8pm on the day of departure was a great touch and again a seamless operation through clear instructions. One comment - the code for the key pad system is excellent BUT I was not pleased to not be able top lock the door when going to sleep as IF anyone...
