"Very nice apartment unit. Close to everything. Front desk staff super friendly but it was not available for 24 hours which was a bit inconvenient. I booked a non-smoking room but the unit had very strong smoke smell when We first got in. It was obvious that the previous customer smoked! It was terrible, we had to open all the windows for a long time to get rid of the smoke smell. We couldn’t get a different room because we were told that was the last one available. "

"Absolutely loved this hotel. The self check in is confusing at first but you sort it out in the end. Super clean and you get access to other facilities at the Gran Hotel. However the communication was a bit confusing as we didn’t realise what we had access to on the last day there. Staff were so helpful when we left luggage with them. The bathroom is the best! "

"Very reasonably priced for its central location. Very close to the cathedral and a quick walk to buses to the Alhambra. The square in front of the cathedral and apartments can be a little loud later into the evening, but nothing that ear plugs can’t solve if you need absolute silence to sleep. Good water pressure in the shower on the 3rd floor and comfortable bed. I would certainly stay here again."

Our only issue (visiting from Canada during the hottest month of the year) was the air conditionning that was simply not strong enough to cool the entire place. If you are driving make sure you pay close attention to the instructions from Bibo, and ensure that you pre-register your vehicle. Their instructions were excellent (google maps are of no use), but getting there was still a challenge! "Our Bibo Suites apartment was amazing! Right across the street from the Cathedral. So close you could almost reach out and touch it. We had a beautiful, spacious apartment on the top floor with lots of windows and a nice view of the Cathedral and the nearby mountains. The apartment and bathroom were very clean.
