The front desk team are very enthusiastic about sharing their recommendations. One caution is to be wary about the rooms opening onto the inner courtyard. "The location is fantastic; it is in the Gothic District and very close to many museums and churches. However, the hallways inside the hotel are very dark. It doesn't match the vibe of the lobby which is modern and bright. The service people are just ok. They are not too friendly. They need to smile little bit to make the guest feel welcomed. "
