The owners Julie & Lenny were very nice and friendly. They made us feel welcome. Breakfast was very good we had quiche, roasted potatoes, muffins and fruit one morning. A really nice place close to downtown square. Accommodations were superb. Breakfast was great (home cooked and hot) The host (Julie) anlso accommodated our diet needs with choices. WiFi and YouTube TV channel was also good. The host also suggested sites around town and was very friendly. Definitely recommend this B&B.

As can be expected in a bed and breakfast the house is older and noisy as a result (lots of creaks and squeaks). The charm and details of the home definitely makes up for it though. This B&B is an antique treasure. The hosts were wonderful and treated us with such a personal touch to make our stay and time in Granbury a perfect anniversary weekend! The gourmet breakfast was beautiful and so tasty. The photos can't do this place justice. It is beautiful in every corner of every room.
