Multiple problems with our one night stay: 1. Upgrade request approved and charged to card but not provided at check-in 2. Front desk staff is lost, doesn't have a clue, cant help at all 3. No elevator to second floor, you need to carry your language bags upstairs 4. No lock on the bathroom door 5. A/C remote doesn't work 6. No instructions to connect to wifi anywhere on key card or notes in room

There needs to be a ceiling or floor l as lamp in the center of the room. Also, the concrete ramp at the far east door needs to be repaired. Otherwise we enjoyed our l as large room.

Clean, quiet hotel. Breakfast was included and good: eggs, sausage, cereal, yoghurt, and muffins. A little bit too long to Grand Canyon: ~1 hour.

This is a convenient and clean hotel. The bathroom had been updated, and they provide toiletries in the shower and at the sink. Parking was right outside the lobby. We did not take advantage of the continental breakfast. The down side is that tgere is no elevator, so all our luggage had to be carried upstairs.

The air conditioning unit in the room was impossible to regulate properly. The mattress on the bed was extremely uncomfortable. The "breakfast" was a joke. The coffee machine did not work, the pancake machine did not work. The orange juice from the dispenser had the viscosity of 10W30 oil, and a taste to match. Very disappointing.

Close to all the shops and restaurants in town. Pool was refreshing and indoors. Newly renovated property was appreciated. Staff was friendly and accommodating to our pet. Only downside was the broken pancake machine.

Nice swimming pool and hot tub! Rooms very clean and comfortable. The lady managing the breakfast bar was so efficient and friendly. If your a senior looking for lodging request the first floor as there are no elevators.. Too many stairs to climb to second floor.

We chose this hotel because they offer 50 inch TV. Even Williams is 20 miles out of our way, but we are very happy that we did. Entire hotel and rooms are very clean with good taste decor. Good breakfast with coffee, juice, cereal, choice of bread with toaster, sausages, individual omelet, yogurt, what else you need?! But we recommend to go to breakfast room early. First day we went there 8:30am, the room was packed and people were fighting over food. They have a large indoor pool and hot tub. The hotel is surrounded by trees and very quiet. We’ll definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our one night stay here with family, appreciating the convenience of interconnecting rooms. The hotel has been recently renovated and the rooms were immaculate. There was a simple hot breakfast including toast, cheese omelette and sausage patties, and the lady in charge was very attentive and personable and clearly took pride in her work. We had a tasty evening meal at the Mexican restaurant next door which had very generous portions and good beer on draft - nice to be able to walk back. We didn't have time to check out the pool but all in all it was a great stay after a day at the Grand Canyon and good base for exploring Williams and beyond.
