"I booked a REGULAR king room. We arrived mid-afternoon before most other guests checked in. I was given a king handicapped room, I do not like handicapped rooms. When I requested a switch, even though there were plenty available because other guests hadn't arrived yet, I was denied. This is even more infuriating because I am a Hilton Diamond member. We will NOT stay at this property again. "

"Although aware that early check ins are not assured, I came back three times to be told that the room reserved for us was not clean yet. Fine with that - but when I was finally checked in I was informed that I was getting another room because their cleaners did not finish cleaning all the rooms so they had to move around all their reservations. Not cool, but we were only there to sleep overnight hence we let the matter go. Otherwise, breakfast was good and the beds were soft and comfortable. "

"Quiet, staff was very cordial, rooms very nice and clean. Breakfast was very nice. Only thing that needs improving is the pillows. I would rate them as a 1. Definitely would stay there again and recommend others to. "
