"Staff very helpful and friendly. Good filling classic breakfast with help yourself tea/coffee/toast/jam. There are food outlets/shops (in surrounding retail area, McDonald’s (5 min walk), m & s, Costa, KFC, and Tesco) if you decide to get takeaway and bring back to your room. Note: room only serviced every 3rd day of your stay, unless you request otherwise.. Slept well in comfortable bed, slight noise from people in corridor or from car park (where our room faced), but acceptable. Area...

"Got to the place in the evening due to catching up with friends, greeted by the staff warmly, felt at ease as soon as we got there, sign in was easy and quick, and one of the staff was brilliant even offered to take our bag to our room. The room was gorgeous, nice and spacious with a TV, tea and coffee, and bottles of water. Bath and shower was great. The beds were comfortable and there was extra pillows and a blanket, which we used."
