"There was an issue with a guest in the room across from ours which caused a lot of commotion and noise in the middle of the night. At some point the police even became involved so needless to say we lost a lot of sleep as a result. The next morning we complained and the hotel manager (Owen Griffeth) was really very good and understanding. He made sure we left satisfied and we appreciated the gesture!"

"This is the best suite I’ve stayed in. The staff was friendly and helpful and the hot breakfast options were amazing. I’ve never seen a complimentary breakfast with so many options including some non-dairy/GF options. My only complaint was the semi-heavy use of fragrance in a few places. "
