"Location is very convenient to the French Quarter and Canal street. The apartment was lovely and comfortable, but the building itself is odd - it's an office building converted into apartments. The guards at the front desk did their best to be helpful, but reaching customer service when we were locked out of our front door on arrival was challenging. The "swimming pool" is tiny - more of a soaking pool - great view though. Good value, not sure I'd chose to stay here again."

"I was not in the unit I thought I originally booked, based on the pictures. Overall the unit was nice. The toilet and bathroom light were not working. I called and was told maintenance would come the following morning and no one came to fix the either issues. Decent property overall. The coffee was really good!"

"The property is in the not too busy end of the French Quarter which is great because you are close enough to walk to all the action but also far away from the noise and commotion. The rooms were very spacious and comfortable. The virtual check-in was perfect as all the instructions and information was sent to your phone. Even though no one is on site help is only a phone call away with speedy services."

"Absolutely fantastic! This property met all of our needs and checked all of the boxes. Management communicated with us that there was an issue with the dishwasher and provided ample supplies to offset that. The only other time we needed to communicate was for a later check out and that was done via the app and the response was instant. We're looking forward to our next stay with Sonder."

"The apartment is beautiful! Nice and easy check-in with great instructions. I read reviews beforehand about the noise from the street car and how the balcony is hard to access, but I just wanted to say that it really isn’t that bad. If you have sensitive ears, then the noise from the crowds and the streetcar running late/early in the morning will probably keep you up at night.
