"I stayed at this property when it opened about 15 years ago, it didn’t have a pool. I found it very charming, nice, clean, the staff excellent!! This time the entire screen screamed struggle. Closed hotels, no access to beaches, I pray St Lucia goes gold star and not lose to resentments. "

"This is my second stay at Mystique. This time I spent more days. At the main restaurant I requested a sprite during lunch, i watched the waitress pass me over & over. I left the restaurant and didn’t receive the drink. I would understand if the restaurant was busy but it wasn’t for her to not serve. The phone lines were down from check in to check out. Thank God I had mins on my cell phone I had to call front desk to request towels that house keeping missed. "

"I really enjoyed my stay at Bay Gardens Resort. The scenery around the resort is beautiful. We had a pool side view room in which 6 of us stayed. The room was very clean, spacious and had almost everything we needed and more. We had our own kitchen with all the utensils you can possibly need. "Nice hotel, very clean and quiet. Friendly and helpful staff. Beachfront property, but while there the water was a dirty color closet to the shore, probably due to the rain. Very remote location which is good and bad depending on the day…relaxing days it was good but to leave the property required transportation which meant hiring car service starting at $25USD each way and more depending on how far you’re headed. The area is not walkable. As many others have stated this is not the best place...

"I enjoyed my stay at the resort. The staff was as accommodating as they could be. The food was fine, although at the end it seemed as the food options were the same every day although I was told that it changes every day. The weather was wonderful despite the occasional rain.
